We collect information you give us directly — typically your name, telephone number, email address, property postcode and any details you share about the work you'd like quoted. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for analytics and security.

• To provide the services you've booked and follow up afterwards.
• To send invoices, receipts and the photo records of completed work.
